Reside 30A is one of the longest-running property management companies in the area. Formerly Home Management 30A, the company was purchased and rebranded by Heath and Brenna White in 2022. After working alongside the previous owners for 8 years through their HVAC company, Resort Maintenance Partners, the Whites are excited to continue providing top-tier property management services for private, non-rental homes on the Emerald Coast.
Meet the TEAM
Brenna White
Growing up in a military family, Brenna was accustomed to a life of movement, but Clearwater, FL, has always held a special place in her heart. After several years in North Alabama, she and her family settled in Santa Rosa Beach nearly 15 years ago, driven by her husband Heath’s expansion of his communications cabling business.
As a dedicated mother of three—Killian, Colin, and Kierin—Brenna has been deeply involved in her children’s education, actively supporting the local public school system. Her commitment has seen her take on various leadership roles, including serving as PTO president and vice president, homeroom mom, and member of several advisory boards. Additionally, she has volunteered as a committee chair for the Seaside Neighborhood School Half Marathon and 5K, fostering community spirit and engagement.
Professionally, Brenna leverages her background in childhood development and education, having spent time as a preschool teacher. For the past decade, she has focused on managing the family business, overseeing Resort Maintenance Partners, RMP Heating and Cooling, and Reside 30A. Brenna’s diverse experiences and passion for service drive her commitment to providing top-tier property management solutions for second-home owners in the area.
Colin Berry
Colin, a Florida native, grew up along the stunning Panhandle and calls 30A home. Having witnessed the rapid growth and transformation of this iconic area firsthand, his connection to the community runs deep. From attending Seaside Neighborhood School to graduating from Florida State University in 2021 with a degree in Professional Communications, Colin’s roots on 30A have shaped his passion for the region and its real estate.
His love for real estate was sparked during his early days working sunrise-to-sunset delivering beach chairs along 30A’s pristine shores. Spending countless hours surrounded by the beauty and unique architecture of the area’s homes inspired him to pursue a career helping others find their dream properties. After college, Colin turned his dream into reality by earning his Florida real estate license and diving headfirst into the industry on both the sales and property management side.
When Colin isn’t taking care of his clients, he enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and his British Labrador, Milo. Whether it’s a day at Grayton Beach, fishing, paddleboarding, enjoying a beach bonfire, or exploring Walton County’s diverse landscapes, Colin embraces all that the Emerald Coast has to offer.
With his energy, positivity, and approachable nature, Colin is ready to make taking care of your 30A investment seamless and enjoyable—whether you’re a first-time buyer or seasoned investor.
Heath White
Born and raised in North Alabama, Heath has called Santa Rosa Beach home for nearly 15 years. With a deep-rooted passion for the local community, he owns multiple businesses in the area, contributing to the vibrant local economy and enhancing the lives of residents and visitors alike.
When he isn’t busy managing his business ventures, you can find him embracing the great outdoors. An avid hunter, fisherman, and hiker, Heath loves spending free time at the beach and exploring the natural beauty of the region.
